How should I choose the correct size for raw denim?
We recommend measuring your best-fitting pair of jeans using our 'Flat Lay' method and comparing those measurements to our specific size charts. Raw denim does not have vanity sizing, so your true waist measurement is key.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain stitch hemming on a Union Special 43200G for a flat fee. Please note that once jeans are hemmed to your custom length, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. The original tags must be attached. Please ensure the denim is not creased or faded from trial wear.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. If you have requested a custom hem, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Will my jeans shrink after the first wash?
Most of our denim is sanforized, meaning it will experience minimal shrinkage (about 1-3%). However, for our 'Shrink-to-Fit' or unsanforized fabrics, you can expect up to 10% shrinkage, and you should size accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and USPS Priority Mail International. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or VAT taxes applied by their country.
