At Brave Star Selvage, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your premium denim purchase. If your garment is unworn and unwashed with original tags attached, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the denim to prevent heavy creasing and place it in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective box with all original hangtags intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Process
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the denim and issue your refund or exchange.
